• Virtual points, credits, or rankings have no real-world worth and cannot be redeemed for anything of value;
• FGL does not facilitate, endorse, or allow any exchange of real money related to gameplay, including side wagers or private bets between users.

Even simulated gambling can become compulsive. We encourage responsible play and moderation.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York.
